7. Xi’an, China

In this post, I would like to bring you go back to the ancient time………^^

To visit China, the first things come across to my mind is…….China has a rich and culturally significant history. Thus, if you want to see the most historical city, you must go to Xi’an (Hsi-An)……..Xi’an literally mean is “Western Peace” which is the capital of the Shaanxi province, and a sub-provincial city in the People’s Republic of China.

Xi’an is one of the oldest cities in China, with more than 3,100 years of history. There have many tourist attractions such as City Wall, Bell & Drum Tower, Fa-Men Temple, Great Mosque, Shaanxi History Museum, Tang Dynasty Music & Dance Show, and many others.

But for me, the Terracotta Army (Terracotta Warriors) is most attracting……because this Terracotta Army is very common for the Chinese people and it always appear in the Chinese ancient movies. It has won a reputation all over the world. According to the Chinese history, the Terracotta Army was construction by the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang (Qin Dynasty). Current estimates showed that in the three pits containing over 8,000 soldiers, 130 chariots with 520 horses and 150 cavalry horses, and the other Terracotta Army are still buried in the pits.
